Kit & Gary were absolutely amazing hosts. The condos were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the weekend. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made the entire stay feel seamless from check-in to check-out. You can really tell they genuinely care about their guests as they went above and beyond to make sure everything was easy and available for our group. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Clearwater Beach!

Kit’s condo was great. Easy walk to the beach and having chairs, towels, wagon and cooler was so great. It was perfect for our family’s get away. Nice kitchen and having laundry is so great.

Kit and Gary's place was absolutely more than we expected. The condo was beautiful. It was spotless when we arrived, had all amenities we needed and did not disappoint. We were at the place 5 minutes and we saw dolphins on the dock and caught fish before we had our bags unpacked. If you are looking for things to do, you don't have to look far. You are a minute walk to the beach, restraunts, Pier 60, and other night life. It was my families first time in Florida and it's safe to say that we will be back. I will certainly be renting from Kit and Gary in the future. To me this is the spot to be! Thanks Kit qnd Gary!

We had a fabulous time at Kits place! It was clean and spacious. It was a very convenient location and we were able to walk to everything. It was nice to see the dolphins in the bay in the morning. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place with a gorgeous bay side view. While we had an issue during our stay that required a handyman to fix, the owners quickly got the person out there to fix the issue. They even credited us for a day because of the issue. Wish more owners were as fair and responsive as these were. Highly recommend.

Kit & Gary’s space was not exactly as advertised, it was even BETTER! Not only was it immaculate and welcoming, you can see the thought & effort put into the decor. Every amenity we could have possibly needed was provided. They even left extra little goodies to welcome us. Kit is extremely responsive as well. We had a wonderful & comfortable stay. We have zero complaints. Will most definitely visit again. Thank you!

Kit’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Clearwater beach. Pictures do not do justice for the space as the condo feels much bigger in person. The decor, layout, and energy of the condo truly gave an upscale, coastal-chic feel. The kitchen was well appointed, and we wanted for nothing, which seldomly is the case for my folks (we have a close friend who is a chef) so having the tools, gadgets, flatware(etc) we needed was SO nice. They even had an assortment of spices and condiments adding extra convenience and comfort. The bedrooms were spacious and inviting, and the beds were very comfortable. The bay view was perhaps the best part of the space, and waking up to the glistening turquoise waters every morning was a such a treat! We enjoyed fishing from the dock (caught a few whiting which we tossed to the resident heron who accompanied us the whole time), walking to the beach, and just hanging out! Kit was an excellent host and the location was *chef’s kiss* We’ll be back!

This condo was exactly what I needed for my vacation. It was located near the beach and shops. The space was clean and well furnished. The owners were communicative and made my stay easy and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

L'appartement de Kit et Gary était fantastique pour notre famille. Il y avait trois lits, dont un grand lit king-size, pour toute la famille : le bébé, mon beau-père et mon beau-frère. La table à manger était très grande. Il y avait un long banc pour pouvoir mettre les enfants. Aussi, le chariot pour la plage était fantastique. Avec les jouets pour que les enfants puissent faire un château de sable, et la plage était à proximité de Marche avec tous les restaurants et les parcs environnants. Je recommande énormément!
