Location, location, location! We are within easy walking distance of most everything. Forget the rental car -- walk to wherever you want to go! There are also several places to rent bikes or golf carts. Up to two parking permits are provided for free parking in the parking lot. (Two parking passes are provided unless you let us know that you'll need up to four.) You're right in the heart of the action, so a car really isn't necessary unless you want to explore St. Pete, Tampa, or other nearby cities.
