The Belle Harbor complex includes many amenities that are available to our guests. These include a large heated pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse with a caterer’s kitchen, outdoor dining/grilling space with two fireplaces and TVs, billiard room, game room, and a fitness center with sauna, steam room, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. There is also 24-hour gated security and an assigned under-building parking spot (plus guest spots).

Belle Harbor is just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of Clearwater Beach and is in the heart of the beach community. The 1,547 sq. ft. condo is on the 5th floor and includes two bedrooms, a den (which can be used as a 3rd bedroom), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and a balcony. The condo is south facing, which means you will enjoy the sunshine and beautiful views overlooking the clubhouse, pool, private marina, and intercoastal waters. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and master suite and provides stunning sunrise views. The master suite features a large walk-in closet with a bed, a TV with Roku streaming, and a garden tub and walk-in shower. The guest suite has two extra-long twin beds (which we will combine into a king-size bed if you prefer), a shower/tub combination, and a Roku TV. The den includes a very comfortable queen-size pull out couch, a desk, and French doors for privacy. It can serve as a 3rd bedroom or a perfect office space for a remote worker. The fully-functioning kitchen features wood cabinets with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to make and serve your own meals or heat up leftovers from any of the 25+ restaurants within walking distance of your condo. The living room features comfortable seating and a TV, cable, and Roku. We provide a hotel-style safe and Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. We also supply beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels that you are welcome to take to the beach or pool. Pickleball and tennis just a block away at public courts! Up to two pets allowed with a maximum combined weight of 80 pounds. Sorry, no smoking allowed inside the condo.

Other Details to Note

The condo association requires that potential guests complete an application with a $150 processing fee. (This fee is included in your quote.) Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance to accommodate the approval process. You must be at least 25 years of age and the person booking must be one of the occupants. The biggest attraction in Clearwater Beach is the beach itself; it has won many awards for Best Beach throughout the years. In addition, there are several additional attractions including Pier 60, the Beach Walk, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, dolphin and pirate excursions, fishing charters, miniature golf, and many restaurants, bars, and shops. Explore a little further out and visit Tampa, St. Pete, Dunedin, Indian Rocks Beach, and John's Pass!

There is assigned parking in the garage, plus spots for guests. The Jolly Trolley offers convenient transportation throughout Clearwater Beach and surrounding communities.
