Please note these important details before booking: ✅ Belle Harbor requires a condo association application and approval prior to arrival. We cover the association application fee. If the association does not approve your application, your booking will be fully refunded. ✅ Reservations must be made at least 10 days before arrival to allow time for the approval process. ✅ The primary guest booking the condo must be at least 25 years old and must be one of the occupants. ✅ Bellissima is a monthly rental with a minimum stay requirement. ✅ Up to two pets are welcome, with a maximum combined weight of 80 pounds. ✅ No smoking is permitted inside the condo.

Bellissima makes it easy to enjoy Clearwater Beach with or without a car. You'll have an assigned parking space in the secure under-building garage, with additional parking available for guests. Once you arrive, you can leave the car behind! The beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, pickleball and tennis courts, Pier 60 and the marina are all within walking distance. The Jolley Trolley provides a fun and convenient way to explore Clearwater Beach and nearby communities, including Dunedin and Tarpon Springs.
