My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo. From the moment we arrived the inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. And the welcome gifts were such a sweet touch. The condo itself was excellently maintained and clean and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Loved the split bedroom design allowing everyone some privacy. The location was also ideal—just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient for us to explore our first time in Clearwater. Kit was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring that all of our needs were met throughout our stay. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay in Clearwater Beach. We hope to return next year.

We had the best time staying at Dock Holiday! The large table was perfect for family conversations and games, we found everything we needed to make breakfast and snacks. We ate at the local restaurants that are no more than a five minute walk and on the beach. The wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs were in great condition and easy to use. We are already planning to return for Christmas week and our family is talking about a return trip next year.

L'appartement de Kit et Gary était fantastique pour notre famille. Il y avait trois lits, dont un grand lit king-size, pour toute la famille : le bébé, mon beau-père et mon beau-frère. La table à manger était très grande. Il y avait un long banc pour pouvoir mettre les enfants. Aussi, le chariot pour la plage était fantastique. Avec les jouets pour que les enfants puissent faire un château de sable, et la plage était à proximité de Marche avec tous les restaurants et les parcs environnants. Je recommande énormément!

This was a WONDERFUL place to stay for our family vacation. It was even better than the photos looked! There were endless family accommodations within the air bnb and the location was much closer to the beach than expected. We were able to walk everywhere. Kit was awesome to work with and we will be back!

Great location! We were able to walk to pool, beach and many restaurants! Condo was well stocked with everything we needed! My kiddos also enjoyed fishing off the pier. We have been several times and will definitely be back.

This was my first-ever Airbnb rental, and it exceeded every expectation—hands down the best choice we could have made! Hosts Kit & Gary Elert are absolutely amazing. Kit was incredibly helpful and responsive from booking through checkout, answering every question promptly and making us feel right at home. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for day-to-day living—no need to pack a thing! We were blown away by the extra amenities: a box of gourmet cookies, popcorn, a bottle of wine, and more. They even provided beach essentials like towels, a body board, chairs, and an umbrella, all easily transported in a pull-along wagon. The location is unbeatable—the beach is just a short stroll away. Even my elderly parents in their 70s had zero trouble walking to and from the sand. Our family had a true dream vacation, feeling like we were in a luxury condo. At this amazing value, I wouldn't waste time looking elsewhere. Book it now before it's gone.

As soon as we walked in we felt right at home. The location is easy to find. The condo was clean, very well organized and has the perfect layout. everything is labeled and easy to find. we stayed with our baby and two older kids and we had everything we needed. we cooked alot and the kitchen was well equipped. we walked to restaurants, the beach, ice cream and the jolley trolley stop! we got up early and saw dolphins almost every morning in the bay. the pool was close and clean. we would stay here over and over! absolutely loved it. thank you for being wonderful hosts and allowing us to enjoy your condo as our home away from home.

Kit and Gary’s condo was perfect for our stay it was clean and spacious and a short walk to the beach which was heavily taken advantage of and it was amazing, I will definitely keep this location in mind when I come back !

This is the perfect home close to the beach with beautiful views to the Clearwater Bay. Home was in perfect condition and very clean. The cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. The home had everything that you need while on vacation. They even had beach towels and chairs available for the beach. So happy with my stay there and would look forward to staying there again if I ever have to go back to the area. Kit and Gary made me and my family feel at home throughout the stay. Many great restaurants in the area and ice cream shop. Very relaxing!
